How Can Data be Filtered or Segmented?

Data can be filtered by: Data Source, Company, Title, Location (State/Metro/Zip), Time Period, Industry, Current/Former Employees, Work Status, # of Work Years, Company Size, Review Count Range, Rating Range, Benefit Category and More.

Is Reviews Data From the U.S. Only?

Employers are companies headquartered in the U.S. only, however you can filter by their employees located in the U.S., Canada or UK. If you need other countries, just ask.

How Far Back in Time is Reviews Data?

We provide data starting from January 1, 2023 in the TalentView Reviews application, which includes 24.3 million Glassdoor reviews and 18.7 million Indeed reviews.

Through our other data delivery methods we can provide reviews data as far back as January 1, 2021. Having historical data enables clients to understand the impact that new programs, strategies, management changes, and other factors have on employees’ ratings and sentiment over time.

How Often is Employer Reviews Data Updated?

We update data monthly and last month’s data will appear in your TalentView Reviews dashboard by the 10th of each month. If you utilize our API or get a data feed, you will receive it sooner.

What are the Data Delivery Methods?

If you prefer to utilize employer reviews data in an AI platform, your business intelligence tool, or your proprietary application, instead of our self-service analysis tool or in addition to it, we can provide the specific data you need with monthly updates via:
