AI Data & Access

Customize Your Slice of a Scoped AI Data Warehouse

Public Insight gives your AI agent (that you already use) access to our trusted job market data via connection via MCP server. We build a scoped data warehouse that holds only the slice of AI data that you need, and we automatically update it to keep it current. Your AI agent connects to your scoped data warehouse in a couple of easy steps. Ask your questions, your agent gets the answers, calculates totals and trends, and can show you the job postings or sources behind the numbers.

Scoped job market data for AI agents

Insights at the Speed of Conversation

Scoped AI data turns your AI agent into a fast, reliable job market analyst. Anyone is now able to generate charts, analysis with context and sources and rich, detailed market reports in a few minutes – sometimes seconds.

Built for Everyone. No analyst or data team needed. If you can ask a question in an AI agent, you can get analyst-grade answers with charts and context, and detailed reports – all ready to share.

Access Just the Data That Matters – Your AI works with a focused set of scoped data, not a data dump, so answers are faster and on point. You can ask your agent to combine our data with your existing data as needed for even more comprehensive analysis.

Drill to the Record/Source – Go from an aggregated count of job postings to the individual job posting, description and source behind it in the same conversation, with no second dataset or export. This applies to workforce profiles, resumes and employer reviews as well.

One Set of Definitions – Job titles, companies, regions and colleges arrive standardized, normalized, enriched and deduped so no matter how many team members are using AI agents, the answers and numbers match.

Right-Sized for AI. No file size caps or import limits. No file imports needed at all. Your AI asks for the answer it needs in real time instead of loading a whole dataset, so volume never limits your questions.

Data Delivery Methods – If you need options other than AI agent access, we have several – API, scheduled feed to cloud storage, SQL access, on-demand exports, reports, and interactive dashboards. Learn More!

Scraped Public Web AI Data vs. Our Enriched Data Warehouse

Your AI agent’s analysis is only as good as the data it can access. AI tools that search the public web can’t answer your job market questions reliably, or down to detailed, individual levels, and can’t compare time periods for trend analysis. Many jobs are posted for more than a year and duplicates appear across multiple job boards. AI tools often give answers that appear confident, but are wrong or missing context.

Data Isn’t There

Job postings, salary, career path, workforce, employer reviews data sit behind licensed sources, out of a public web crawler’s reach.

No History

Public Web data is undated, stale and unversioned. No posting date, take down signal or lineage for comparison/trend analysis over time.

Small File Uploads

Public AI agents have low data file upload size caps (e.g., 30-50 MB), which limits analysis of large data sets with no ability to refresh data automatically.

No Standardization

Web data sources describe job titles, skills, colleges, companies and regions differently. This makes accurate analysis and deduping a challenge.

Without accurate data, you don’t get the full picture to make decisions. See example answers from an AI agent searching the public web vs. our enriched data:

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Scoped Data Warehouse? – A scoped data warehouse is your own slice of TalentView job market data, built around the questions your organization needs to answer. Your AI agent works with that slice directly, instead of searching the public web or sifting through every dataset we hold so answers are fast and relevant.

How do we Scope a Data Warehouse? – We set the scope with you. Your desired dataset can come from any of our data sources, filters and metrics, such as: time frame, industry, titles, companies/competitors, titles/occupations, region, posting volume and descriptions, compensation, time to fill, field of study, higher ed institution, skills, worker demographics, etc. You choose and we set up the data warehouse in our data lake. You can always update your scope. We also enable power users to build their own data warehouses.

How Often is Your Data Warehouse Updated? – Your data warehouse is updated as often as we update our data. We currently update job postings related data weekly (daily updates are coming soon). Workforce profiles, resume and employer reviews data is updated monthly, and is ready by the 10th of each month. Government data is updated as soon as it is published.

How Does Our Data Help AI Agent Analysis? – Everything fed to your AI agent is clean and consistent, because of our enrichment, normalization and data cleansing process. Data is enriched to be more detailed and useful, titles/occupations, companies, geos and colleges and fields of study are mapped and utilize the same names throughout. Your AI agent doesn’t have to sort out conflicting definitions; or even create industry metrics and KPIs, it can get straight to the answer.

Which AI Agents Can Connect to it? – Any AI platform that supports MCP (Model Context Protocol), including Claude and ChatGPT. A solution provider’s proprietary applications/agents can connect to the same scoped data warehouse, powering every experience you build. MCP is an open standard for connecting AI agents to data sources. It lets your AI tool reach your scoped data warehouse securely (authenticated access), with no custom integration.

Are Technical Skills or a Data Team Required? – No. Public Insight builds and maintains your scoped data warehouse. Simply connect your AI agent to the data warehouse in a few easy steps, and start asking questions in plain language. We also enable power users to build their own data warehouses.

How is this Different From Downloading a Dataset? – A downloaded dataset has to be exported, then imported, refreshed and combined with your other data manually. A scoped data warehouse stays in our data lake and stays current. Your AI queries it directly and combines it with your other data sources when you ask.
